URGENT MESSAGE FOR ALL SENIOR TEAMS
In an effort to lessen the impact of catch up games, would clubs who are able to, quickly survey their senior teams only, to see if any are willing and able to play on 26/27 April weekend.
Prems and competition 10 team comps (U14/3, U14G/1, U16/1, U16/2, U16G/1 & U16G/2) already have games scheduled on this weekend.
I’m hoping that if clubs are willing to make their fields available and their teams are willing (and I can match teams who’ve already had their fixtures washout out in R2, and/or potentially this weekend too) I can sneak some games in on this weekend, which is currently spare, and at the end of the school holidays.
I will only do this if both teams are willing and able.
Please get back to me by the weekend so I can get cracking on the fixtures that can be accommodated.
ROUND 1 RESCHEDULED MATCHES
This attached FAN #3 contains the balance of fixtures from R1 that were not moved to 5/6 July (10 team competitions). If teams are not happy with these new dates, and requests for games to be rescheduled are going to be submitted, both teams need to agree to the request and it needs to reach the Nepean office with more than 14 days notice.

At the council of clubs meeting on 17.3.14, there were two sub-committees where Expressions of Interest were called for and clubs were asked to submit, via email, their EOI’s to be considered for each sub-committee.
The Sub-Committees are;
1. SSF Sub-Committee to discuss and strategize how the principles and philosophies of SSF and non-competition football can be embraced and implemented across the district
2. By-Laws and Constitution Review Sub-Committee – to review both documents to ensure that they are current, relevant and that they continue to serve the best interests of all stakeholders of the Nepean FA
Thank you to those of you who have already sent in your EOI’s. They will be passed on to the relevant board member who will chair each sub-committee and we’ll be back in touch with you once the first respective meetings for each group are set.
If you could all please discuss this request with your committees and respond, if interested, by close of business 28th March 2014.
